We also contract with several shipping carriers, and your package may ship via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Shipping to a PO Box
We recommend that larger orders ($50 or more) be shipped to a physical address rather than a PO Box, for the most time-efficient delivery possible.
Shipping Timeframe
The shipping timeframe is an estimate of when your order will arrive to your address. These are estimates from our system and are not guaranteed. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, please check the tracking information provided by email when your order was shipped.
Unexpected Delays If your order didn’t arrive by the stated delivery date, please check with the carrier for updates. Your shipping confirmation email includes the carrier name and tracking number. The tracking status and travel history may provide more information. If you still have issues, please contact customer service .
International Orders
For our international customers, customs and duties will be calculated and charged at checkout. By ordering from Kisscrochet.com, you authorize a licensed customs broker (chosen by Kiss Crochet) to act as your agent and to transact business to clear merchandise and account for duties and taxes for the destination country. What’s Next?
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email.
Order Confirmation
The order confirmation email provides a summary of the items in your order. It displays the delivery address and a delivery date. You can click the “View your order” button in the email to view your order details.
Shipment Confirmation
We will send a shipment notification email when the shipping label is created. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
If you purchase an electronic gift card, we will send an email notification with a URL to redeem your gift card. You can also print your gift card using the print button in the email.
Notifications
Once your order is placed, we send updates by email so you can stay informed about delivery. Add your email at checkout to receive notifications. The number of emails you receive may vary depending on your order.
What to Expect
- After your order ships, we’ll email your order number and a tracking link.
- You may also receive an email on the day of delivery or after delivery, depending on your delivery method, country, and carrier.
- You may receive approximately 3–4 emails per order.
Carrier Delivery Options
Kiss Crochet chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and shipments more than $200 may require a signature. Your shipment notification email will tell you whether a signature is required.
Address changes Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
Pick up package at carrier's local facility
After the first delivery attempt, you can request to pick up your package at the carrier’s local facility. Call the number on the carrier’s delivery notice and request pickup in person.
To pick up your package, you may need:
- Delivery notice
- Government ID (driver’s license, passport) matching the package name and address
- Second ID with your name on it (credit card, social security card)
The carrier can release the package only to the person listed on the shipping address.

Shipping Policies
My package was stolen
If you believe your package was stolen, please follow the guidelines below:
First: wait up to 48 hours Orders may take up to 48 hours after being marked delivered to arrive. We also suggest asking family members and neighbors if they received the package on your behalf.
Report the missing package to the shipping carrier
- FedEx: File a lost package claim online. In general, it takes between five and seven business days for FedEx to resolve a claim of this nature.
- USPS: Submit a Help Request form to notify your local Post Office. If you don’t recover your parcel within seven days, submit a Missing Mail Search Request with the tracking number, evidence of insurance, and proof of item value. Provide any evidence you have that the package was stolen.
File a police report (recommended)
If you plan to file an insurance claim, a police report can be helpful documentation. If you live in an apartment complex and your package was stolen from the mail room, your complex may have insurance for incidents like this—contact your leasing office for more information.
